At DCHSS, we provide an assessment program that is unique in scope and depth. Our exercise programs take place in a one-on-one setting in our state-of-the-art facility. Plus, every session stars with sports vision/coordination skills, which research has shown to significantly improve general thinking, balance and reaction time.

Health/Fitness Performance Profile: Workout Better & Smarter

We provide you with a state-of-the-art profile that includes metabolic function, strength, power, reaction time, balance, flexibility, nutrition, posture, walking mechanics, and other components. In addition, we compare you against average results for your age group. Included with your results is a a 90-minute, hands-on exercise session with details on how to implement your profile.

Sports Performance Profile: Using Tools Normally Reserved for Olympic Athletes

Whether you are a casual team participant or a professional athlete, our Sports Performance Profile will measure your key abilities in energy system capabilities, strength, power, balance, reaction time, sports vision, and flexibility. Included with the results is a 90-minute, hands-on exercise session with details on how to implement your profile. Programs are currently offered for golf, tennis, skiing, basketball, hockey, and soccer.

Optimal Individual Training

After your initial session, we have an exercise option for every need. You may want to continue to exercise and train at our unique center, or you might just need a tune-up every so often to keep you on track at your own facility. Junior athletes receive special attention at the DCHSS. We have a comprehensive understanding of both performance and injury prevention methods to ensure you will excel at the maximum rate with the proper program for your sport, goals and unique physiology.
