Energy Expenditure During Golf
- This landmark study demonstrated that walking the golf course will contribute to health, and possibly the most important fitness variable in energy system performance is anaerobic threshold.

The Effects of an 8-week Pilates Program
- Pilates will increase fitness in people that have not exercised previously, especially in core strength.
