Skiing/Riding Physiological Assessment
Learn how to train wisely with our cutting-edge assessment based upon testing from the U.S. Ski/Ride Team!

- Isokinetic muscular endurance to determine your ability to ski/ride non-stops and tough terrain
- Isokinetic muscular power to measure your explosive abilities in powerful maneuvers and turns
- Reactive leg strength/foot speed to assess your ability to move your legs and total body quickly to adapt to changing terrain
