The birth of your child, whether it is your first or your fourth, is a very special time. We do everything possible to make your experience special and memorable.
Each year more than 4,000 babies are born at Rose Medical Center. To say that our staff is experienced, is an understatement. Coined as Denver's "Baby Hospital," our reputation precedes us. However, do not let our numbers mislead you, each patient is treated as an individual and provided the safest and most memorable birthing experience possible!
Whether you want a medicated birth or a non-medicated birth, you have an obstetrician/gynecologist (OB/GYN) or a midwife, you want to try a vaginal delivery after Cesarean (VBAC), or even work with a birth doula, we support you! We have obstetrics anesthesiologists and emergency obstetrics physicians on site 24/7.
At Rose, we stand behind each mom's wishes while maintaining the utmost safety for both mom and baby, which is why we offer the Rose Babies Birth Wishes Guide. This guide helps us customize the care you receive by highlighting your preferences, expectations and hopes for the childbirthing process. This information is not required, but is a method to help us get to know you before you deliver.
To help combat some of the anxiety and unknowns surrounding childbirth and parenting, we offer a full schedule of childbirth and parenting classes. Education is key to being prepared. Let our certified educators show you the way. Some of our classes include:
