Prenatal Yoga for Mind/Body Awareness

In this four-part class, a portion of the time is devoted to discussion about the emotional and physical changes of pregnancy with the remainder of the time spent on yoga poses. It emphasizes mind and body awareness while helping a woman develop a sense of balance and acceptance towards her changing body.

Prenatal yoga poses will assist in:

  • Minimizing and relieving pregnancy discomforts
  • Improving physical stamina, flexibility, strength, tone, circulation, coordination and posture


Participants will practice effective coping skills for labor, increase confidence and trust in their bodies, and connect with their babies. Physician consent required (forms available by calling 303-320-ROSE). Fee: $65/mom

Private yoga classes are available.
