The below classes are designed to inform you about childbirth.

Rose Medical Center offers several class formats to best meet your needs. All class fees are per family unless noted otherwise. A hospital tour is included with each class. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and 2-3 pillows to all Childbirth Preparation Classes.

Traditional Childbirth Series

This childbirth preparation option consists of classes held one weekday evening each week for four weeks. It allows couples to process information between classes and practice skills learned, helping to solidify the content and develop relationships with other couples. Fee: $85/couple

Fast Track Childbirth Preparation

This class condenses information obtained from the Traditional Series or Childbirth After 30 into a 10-hour class held on either a Friday evening and Saturday day combination, or a Saturday and Sunday afternoon combination. Fee: $85/couple

Express Childbirth Preparation

This 6-hour condensed class is for the busy couple that is unable to commit to a more traditional option, but still seeks some formal preparation for their upcoming birth experience. Fee: $50/couple

Private sessions are available for all of the above listed classes.
