Compassionate Care
At the Rose Diabetes Center, we realize that every patient is unique. Our team works with each patient in education, nutrition, support and lifestyle management to ensure we create a management plan that works for him/her.
Education
Education is the cornerstone to an effective diabetes management plan. All of our educators are specially trained with advanced degrees, either as Registered Dieticians (RD) or Registered Nurses (RN), and Certified Diabetes Educators (CDEs) certificate training.
Experience
All of the Center's educators are extremely qualified and have more than 30 years combined experience with diabetes education.
Coordinated Care
The Center also employs team members who act as patient liaisons. This person is the first point of contact for scheduling appointments, answering questions and generally ensuring our patients are satisfied with their experiences.
