The Rose Referral Service is a free service designed to ensure that patients are connected with the physician that best meets their medical needs. The service is staffed with highly skilled professionals, who are knowledgeable about the capabilities of the hospital and all the physicians in the program.

You may call our Referral Coordinator at 303-320-2578 to set up an appointment by telephone. Unanswered calls are sent directly to voicemail and returned within one business day.
