  Colorado Center for Robotic Surgery at Rose

  The Colorado Center for Robotic Surgery at Rose recently added a second robotic surgery system, allowing more surgeons to offer robotic surgery as an option for patients. Rose has one of the largest women's robotic surgery programs in the state and is now one of the first locations in the country to offer a new single site technique for certain surgeries.

  Rose Breast Center First in Country to Participate in New Breast Cancer Treatment Clinical Trial

  The Rose Breast Center, with Dr. Barbara Schwartzberg, will be the first site nationwide to participate in a trial for a new breast cancer treatment called Novilase® Interstitial Laser Therapy (ILT). This treatment is a minimally invasive alternative to the traditional lumpectomy that destroys the breast tumor with heat instead of surgically removing it.
