    Rose Breast Center First in Country to Participate in New Breast Cancer Treatment Clinical Trial

    The Rose Breast Center, with Dr. Barbara Schwartzberg, will be the first site nationwide to participate in a trial for a new breast cancer treatment called Novilase® Interstitial Laser Therapy (ILT). This treatment is a minimally invasive alternative to the traditional lumpectomy that destroys the breast tumor with heat instead of surgically removing it.
